A course for those who are responsible for producing results through communication—with one person or thousands. You'll learn to write copy that compels people to act. The principles covered apply to marketing letters and direct mail pieces, membership drives, fundraisers, advertisements, brochures, and more. You'll leave with the necessary skills and a proven structure for generating copy that consistently produces results. The course will examine:
- Your audience and factors in their decision making
- Your purpose for writing
- Methods for communicating your messages
- Structures and rules for effective writing
- Participants receive The Elements of Copywriting or equivalent.
NOTE: Please bring one or two recent samples of your work to class for constructive evaluation.
