EEI Communications, the premier Metro DC publications company, is seeking a talented Web editor and developer for one of our most progressive-thinking, expanding clients. This is a full-time, staff opportunity with a competitive salary, excellent benefits, flexible schedule, and performance bonuses.

The ideal candidate should have the following skill sets: Expert-level understanding of Web 2.0 concepts and possibilities, and the ability to put best practices to use to optimize those concepts. Front-end programming ability. Stellar troubleshooting skills. Proven project management ability, without fear of helping to integrate a number of diverse Web sites into a cohesive brand. Proficiency in HTML and overall Web site design, with comfort in working with a variety of multimedia formats. Ability to create and manipulate top-notch Web images. Excellent communication skills, with the polished ability to express Web design concepts. Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but all qualified candidates will be considered. At least 2 years of experience in a New Media or communications working environment, with strong understanding and a constant growing interest in new Web technologies.
