Screening standards

EEI’s recruiting and qualifying process is among the toughest in the industry. Of an average 3,000 applicants per year, only about 7 percent are accepted. Each candidate is carefully screened and personally interviewed by our in-house experts. Next, candidates must pass stringent performance-based exams that test their software skills and specific knowledge of the candidate’s chosen field. Successful candidates are placed on our roster for client placement.

Finding the right candidate

You will receive resumes for only those candidates that have successfully passed our qualifying process. If you find a prospective match, an interview with the candidate can be arranged immediately, at the convenience of your schedule.
